13-Week Contract | Days (5x8) | Start: 07/27/2026
Seeking an experienced Home Dialysis RN for a 13-week assignment in Burlington, VT.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience
- Home dialysis experience required
- Experience with Baxter PD Cyclers and NxStage Home Hemodialysis
- BLS required
- Epic experience within the past 2 years
- Prior travel experience preferred
Assignment Highlights:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 40 guaranteed hours/week
- No weekends
- Float to St. Albans & Berlin as needed
- Local, radius, and travel candidates accepted
