13-Week Contract | Days (5x8) | Start: 07/27/2026

Seeking an experienced Home Dialysis RN for a 13-week assignment in Burlington, VT.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience
Home dialysis experience required
Experience with Baxter PD Cyclers and NxStage Home Hemodialysis
BLS required
Epic experience within the past 2 years
Prior travel experience preferred

Assignment Highlights:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
40 guaranteed hours/week
No weekends
Float to St. Albans & Berlin as needed
Local, radius, and travel candidates accepted
