Description
- 07:00 PM-07:30 AM
- Description: Facilitates the efficient transfer of patients between facilities. The Transfer Center Coordinator is a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for coordinating the safe, timely, and efficient transfer of patients into, out, and within the healthcare system.
- This role serves as a central point of communication between referring facilities, physicians, nursing leadership, bed management, and ancillary departments to ensure appropriate placement of patients based on clinical needs, bed availability, and organizational capabilities.
- This role ensures compliance with regulations and maintains detailed records for quality assurance.
- Previous Epic experience within the last 12 months required.
- Unit Description: -Coordinate communication between transferring and receiving medical staff.-Arrange required transportation and accommodations for patient transfer.-Ensure compliance with state and federal transfer regulations.-Maintain detailed records of all transfer activities for quality assurance.
- Weekend and Holiday rotation required.

Very responsive, follows up. I have had to deal with compliance, HR questions etc and if the person I spoke with did not know the answer they sent it to whoever they thought could answer my questions and my questions or concerns were followed up on! This has been my first travel contract but I can’t say anything bad thus far!!! I definitely would recommend this company
