📍 Tucson, AZ | Prescott, AZ | Cottonwood, AZ
Thema Health Services is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for ongoing Home Health opportunities throughout Arizona. These positions offer a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no call or weekend requirements while serving patients in their homes across established territories.
Position Details

- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 5–6 Patient Visits Per Day
- 23–27 Points Per Week
- No Call
- No Weekend Coverage
- Start ASAP
Requirements
- Active Arizona PT License
- Home Health experience preferred
- Comfortable managing daily travel within assigned territory
- Strong communication and documentation skills
