Description
STRICT 100-mile radius rule: Local candidates are not accepted
• Length of Assignment: 13–14 weeks, depending on start date
• Nurse Patient Ratios: 5-6 to 1
• UNIT sees a wide variety of MedSurg patients, the broader the candidates MedSurg experience, the better. PATIENT TYPE: Med-Surg, Sickle Cell, heart failure, vascular, pulmonary, diabetes, failure to thrive etc.
• Manager is looking for dedicated MedSurg rockstars and considered their MedSurg experience ONLY
• MANAGER DOES NOT GUARANTEE BLOCKED SCHEDULING.
• The weekend requirement is 6 weekend shifts per 12 weeks and weekends are Saturday and Sunday. The weekend shifts may or may not be together. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ RECENT MedSurg experience.
• Must have active GA or compact license at time of submission
• AHA BLS, required
• Previous travel experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED
