🚨 CRITICAL Submission & Profile Requirements

To be considered by this manager, the candidate's profile must adhere strictly to the following:

• Strict Radius Rule: 100 miles. Local candidates are absolutely not accepted.
• License History: The facility will not accept candidates with ANY license hits. A current NURSYS report must be included with the submission.
• Time Off: All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be presented upfront at submittal.

Contract Details

• Location: Savannah, GA
• Shift: 12-hour Nights (3x12s)
• Length: 13–14 weeks (depending on start date)
• Scheduling: Blocked scheduling is not guaranteed.
• Weekends: 6 weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) required per 12 weeks. Note: Weekend shifts may or may not be scheduled consecutively.
• Cancellation Policy: Facility can cancel up to 24 hours per 13-week contract.
• Charting System: Meditech

Facility & Unit Overview

• Hospital Scale: Acute care facility and designated Level III Trauma Center.
• Patient Ratios: 5–6 patients per RN. (Note: The Charge Nurse does take a patient assignment).
• Support Staff: Nursing Assistants are on the unit with a 1:12 ratio.
• Patient Population: True broad-spectrum Med-Surg unit. Expect a diverse mix of cases including Sickle Cell, heart failure, vascular, pulmonary, diabetes, and failure to thrive. RT equipment utilized includes nasal cannulas, face masks, and BiPAPs.

Requirements & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent, dedicated Med-Surg experience. The manager is strictly looking for "Med-Surg rockstars" and evaluates pure Med-Surg experience only.
• Travel Experience: Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred.
• License: Active Georgia (GA) or multi-state Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
• Certifications: AHA BLS required. (BSN is not required).
