Description
Best time of the year to be in Vermont!
Provide education and ongoing care for patients performing home dialysis, including Baxter PD cyclers and NxStage home hemodialysis.
Requirements:
Home dialysis experience in an outpatient setting
Experience training and managing home dialysis patients
1+ year outpatient RN experience
BLS and recent EPIC experience required
Prior travel experience preferred
Additional Information:
Reliable transportation required
