Description
PACU RN | Wheeling, WV | 13-Week Travel Contract
We're hiring an experienced PACU Registered Nurse for a travel assignment at WVU Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia!
Assignment Details:
• Location: Wheeling, WV
• Start Date: July 16 or the following Thursday
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Shift: Days (Flexible start times including 8:00–6:00, 9:00–7:00, and possibly 10:00–8:00)
• On-Call: None
• EMR: Sunrise / Allscripts
• Scrubs Provided
Requirements:
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC required
• Must be able to read and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Must be flexible with scheduling and unit needs
What You'll Do:
• Recover inpatient and outpatient surgical patients
• Float between the PACU, Surgery Center, and Anesthesia Clinic
• Recover general, neuro, thoracic, Cath Lab, radiology, and ICU patients (excluding open-heart cases)
• Floor-specific orientation provided (2–3 shifts)
