candidate is required to pass DYS exam PRIOR to accepting. 2 attempts, if failed, DNU for 6 months with CS AZ and Sac Region
**MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF TRAUMA LEVEL 1 EXPERIENCE
Float Policy: Can be float between St. Joseph's Main, St. Joseph's Westgate, and the 2 Free Standing ERs in Litchfield Park & Glendale. (4 facilities total)**** about 30 mins apart, can be floated midshift
*Travel Teams must have their own vehicles
*must have natural hair color and no facial piercings
*men must clean shave for fit test
*pass fail exam on day 1 of orientation - details to follow
