Description
Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 hours
On Call/Weekend Requirement: on-call 1 weekday each week and every 4th to 5th weekend
Coverage Areas: Norfolk, Virginia Beach
Shift schedule (days, start & end times): Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00
Top responsibilities for this position: admissions, discharges, recertifications, routine home health visits, wound care, labs, patient education, foley care, wound vacs, medication education/management
Must have qualifications/experience: home health experience
What skills/attributes are nice to have, and will set a candidate apart? home care home base experience
Type of certification required: RN license
Dress code/scrub color: scrubs, any color
