Required Skills & Experience: -Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. -Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning Computer literacy. Preferred Skills & Experience: -Leadership experience.
Required Education: -Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program. Preferred Education: -Bachelors or Masters in Nursing. Required Certifications & Licensure: -RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. -
Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -Case Management Certification.
