Description
Full-Time SSN Teacher (Significant Support Needs, center-based program) at an Elementary School for the 26/27 SY
· Start/End Date: 7/27/26 (New teacher training) - 5/21/2027
· Weekly Hours: 40
· Case Load: around 10
· Age Group: K-5
· Population: significant support needs
· Classroom Support: manage and train 5-6 paraprofessionals
· Special Requirements: CPI training within first 90 days
· Experienced Required: Special education teaching, writing IEPs
· Preference to candidates with SSN Teaching Experience and/or ELL Training and/or an ESL or (LDE) Linguistically Diverse Education Endorsement.

Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
