Must have:

Minimum experience: 1-2 years of recent LPN experience preferred

License: Washington or compact state license required

Certifications: BLS required

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks with possibility of extension (No more than 3 days of RTO allowed)

Shift: Nights – 40 hours per week (5x8s)
