Description

Long Term Care LPN - Seattle WA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 8hr NOCs
- Ratios: 1:15-25
- Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience, IV, Central Line Blood Draw, Central Line Dressing Change, IV Pumps , Starting IV's (hard requirement)
- Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
- Certs REQ: BLS
- Is On-Call REQ?: No
- Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes
- Pending License Accepted: Yes
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every two weeks).

Active LPN License AHA BLS Covid Card Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation, preferably their own vehicle, and no additional scheduling restrictions.
