Physical Therapist (PT) – Therapy CATR | Danville, IL
Position Details:
- Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Therapy CATR
- Location: Danville, IL
- Speciality: Therapy
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: Days | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients of all ages.
- Develop and modify individualized treatment plans as appropriate.
- Provide physical therapy services in accordance with professional standards.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust the plan of care as needed.
- Serve as a role model in the delivery of professional services.
- Act as a clinical resource for staff and students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) License.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
