This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys providing meaningful patient care while experiencing all that the Pittsburgh area has to offer.
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Complete patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain).
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
