*** MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE STRIPS AND PERFORMCARDIAC DRIPS *** 

Required: 3+ years of advanced Med/Surg Tele experience.

Shift: 36hrs Nights & EOW & EOH.

The NursingSupervisor provides administrative, operational, and clinical responsibilitiesfor all services in the facility on days, evenings, nights, weekends, and/orholidays. They Serve as the clinical resource person on patient care andservices; acts as the patient care representative; collaborates with medicalstaff, ancillary support, and clinical services in order to ensure optimalpatient care services and environmental conditions at all times.Skills Required: Responsiblefor notifying Administrator-On-Call of serious issues, incidents, and internaland external disasters. Must be able to read Tele Strips, perform CardiacDrips, titrate meds. Effective verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively and courteously workwith a diverse group of people.ExperienceRequired: 3+ years of advanced Med/Surg Tele experience. Preferred criticalcare nursing experience.EMR (Chartingsystem): EPIC. Supervise patientcare through verification of established nursing practices and patient carestandards. Provides direction and guidance to facilitate the nursing process.
