Job Title: Travel Operating Room (OR) RN - Day Shift (Level 1 Trauma)

Job Description: Join the surgical team at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA! We are seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel assignment at this Level 1 Trauma Center. In this role, you will float across various campus facilities, handling high-acuity cases including cardiac, liver transplants, neuro, and spinal surgery.

Contract Details:

• Target Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Shift: 10-hour Days (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 4 days/week). 40 hours/week.
• Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend required. No on-call or holiday shifts!
• Time Off (RTO): Must be submitted with your application. Block scheduling is not available.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience required. You must have proven experience in Level 1 Trauma, cardiac, liver transplant, and neuro/spinal cases.
• Skills: Must be fully proficient to both scrub and circulate.
• Certifications: Active BLS and Level 1 Trauma certification required.
• Systems: Proficiency with EPIC charting is mandatory.

• PA State Fingerprinting: This role requires PA-specific childline and fingerprint results. If not current within the last 12 months, you must be prepared to complete these immediately upon contract signing, as results can take up to 2 weeks.
