Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Atlantic City, New Jersey
We are seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 14-week Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This post-acute rehab opportunity offers the chance to work with adult and geriatric patients while helping them improve independence, safety, and overall functional ability.
This is a great fit for an OT who enjoys working in a collaborative rehab setting, building relationships with patients, and helping individuals regain function during their recovery.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving ADLs and functional independence.
- Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients.
- Provide ADL retraining, upper extremity rehabilitation, transfer training, cognitive interventions, and adaptive equipment education.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, SLP, and case management.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies, home modifications, and discharge planning.
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
