⏰ Shifts: Day 5x8-Hour (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, may vary based on coverage needs)

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive Occupational Therapy services as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Work day shifts (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with schedule adjustments based on facility coverage needs
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations following physician referrals
• Develop and implement individualized, age-appropriate treatment plans based on clinical assessments
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities, independence, and quality of life
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment plans, patient progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Adapt effectively to changing patient needs and work assignments in a dynamic clinical environment
• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience required
• Must hold an active Texas Occupational Therapist license
• Bachelor's degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program required
• Master's degree from an AOTA-accredited program highly preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong verbal and written communication, clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills required
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services while adhering to facility standards and evidence-based practices
