Position Overview
A reputable hospital in Helena, MT is seeking an experienced Travel MLT to support evening‑shift operations across core laboratory departments. This role requires a confident generalist with strong blood bank skills and the ability to function independently in a community‑based hospital setting.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of MLT experience
- ASCP or AMT certification required
- Blood bank + generalist competency
- Permanent home address must be 200+ miles from the facility
- Strong proficiency in specimen processing, QC, instrumentation, and troubleshooting

Responsibilities
- Perform testing across hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, and blood bank
- Maintain accuracy in result reporting and adhere to all regulatory standards
- Conduct blood bank procedures including crossmatching, antibody screens, and transfusion support
- Operate and maintain analyzers; perform daily QC and instrument calibration
- Collaborate with nursing and provider teams to ensure timely, reliable lab results
- Support evening workflow with independent decision‑making and efficient turnaround times
