Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3x12-Hour Nights
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required (BSN preferred)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- BLS certification required
- NRP certification required
- Previous NICU/RN experience preferred
- Strong skills in neonatal nursing care, patient assessment, health teaching, health counseling, therapy and treatment planning, documentation, and patient care coordination
- Ability to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and provide family-centered care
- English proficiency (read, write, speak)
Description:
Travel NICU Registered Nurse opportunity at a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The RN will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. Responsibilities include monitoring neonatal patients, administering treatments, educating families, documenting patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced NICU environment.
