Description

CT Technologist

Location

Elizabethtown, Kentucky

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM
40 hours per week

Contract Length

13 weeks

Summary

Perform CT scans, support patient preparation and education, and assist with image acquisition, processing, quality checks, and radiation safety.

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Kentucky
CT Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of CT Technologist experience
BLS
ARRT

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of experience as a Rad Tech in diagnostic radiology
Experience working as a CT Technologist in a hospital or medical imaging facility
CT certification by ARRT or another recognized certifying body

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and educate patients for CT procedures
Operate CT scanner equipment to acquire diagnostic images
Review images for quality and perform basic image processing
Follow radiation safety and documentation procedures
Perform daily equipment checks and quality control
Support staff education and orientation
