Travel RN – Observation (OBS)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Observation Unit that functions more like an inpatient medical-surgical unit than an Emergency Department. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- ASN from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- BLS (AHA) required.
- ACLS, PALS, or NRP as required by the unit.
- Previous RN experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Unit Information
- Observation Unit with an inpatient-style workflow (not a traditional ED Observation Unit).
- Candidates with Med-Surg, Telemetry, PCU, or Observation Unit experience are highly preferred.
