Role Overview

ICU unit with medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients
Must be able to float within the critical care service line, including ICU and step down

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIH Certification
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance

Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
AHA BLS and ACLS
Specialty exam, core competencies, EKG exam, skills checklist, and education attestation
Color vision screening
Health statement or physical exam
MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, Tdap, TB screening, fit test, and 12-panel drug screen
Criminal background check, EPLS, employment verification, and education verification
Signed assignment agreement
Confirmation of assignment
Employment verification for the past 7 years

Additional Notes

Influenza vaccine exemption/declination is accepted, but masking is required during flu season
