Job Title: Travel Labor & Delivery / LDRP Registered Nurse - Nights (TriStar Horizon Medical Center - Dickson, TN)

Job Description: Take on an exciting travel nursing assignment in the Women's Services LDRP unit at TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN! We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse with charge experience for night shifts (7P–7A) starting July 15, 2026. Join a supportive, highly experienced team at a trusted HCA/TriStar facility just outside of Nashville. Apply today!

Contract Details:

Start Date: July 15, 2026.
Duration: 12-week contract.
Schedule: Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Rotating weekends and holidays.
Location: TriStar Horizon Medical Center (111 Highway 70 E, Dickson, TN).

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of L&D experience and mandatory charge nurse experience.
Licensure & Certifications: Active Tennessee (or compact) RN License; active AHA BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications.
Dress Code: Pink and/or brown scrubs required.

Th recruiters are super nice and helpful.

Cons

Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
