Overview

• Location: Mequon, Wisconsin
• Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Employment type: LTA

Role Summary

• Acuity adaptable unit
• Must be willing to work with ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patients
• May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
• Every other weekend and every other holiday

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Work Expectations / Compliance

• No artificial or acrylic nails; nails must be short
• Must complete required onboarding, competency, skills, and specialty assessments before starting
• Health documentation and screenings are required before start, including immunization/titer and TB-related documentation, fit test, health statement, and drug screen
• Background and employment verification are required before start
• Education verification is required before start
• Epic test-out is required as part of onboarding
