Job Title: Travel LDRP Registered Nurse - Nights (Meritus Medical Center - Hagerstown, MD)
Job Description: Take on an exciting high-hour travel nursing assignment in the LDRP unit at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, MD! We are seeking a versatile L&D / Postpartum Registered Nurse for 4x12-hour night shifts backed by 48 guaranteed weekly hours starting August 24, 2026. Contract Details:
- Start Date: August 24, 2026.
- Schedule: Night shifts (18:30 – 07:00) | 48 Guaranteed Hours/Week | Call rotation required.
- Location: Meritus Medical Center (Hagerstown, MD).
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience with strong proficiency across labor, triage, and postpartum couplet care; Epic EMR proficiency required (OB surgical recovery experience highly preferred).
- Licensure & Certifications: Active Maryland or compact RN license; active NRP and AWHONN / FHM certifications.
- Submission Note: All requested RTO must be submitted upfront.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
