💊 Pharmacist – Advanced Practice Pharmacist / Clinical Pharmacist

📍 Location: Tuba City, Arizona
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
⏰ Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off

💼 Position Overview

Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services across the main campus and satellite clinics.

🕐 Schedule

7 on / 7 off rotation
Work week: Wednesday – Tuesday
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Rotational days, evenings, nights, weekends & holidays

📋 Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services
Provide direct clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient departments
Support pharmacy programs and clinical services
Participate in medication management and patient care
Advanced Practice Pharmacists may support specialized pharmacy-based clinics
Assist with development and analysis of clinical pharmacy programs
Provide technical and administrative supervision as applicable

✅ Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) OR Bachelor of Pharmacy
Degree must be from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education
Current, valid, unrestricted U.S. Pharmacy License
BLS – American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years of Registered Pharmacist experience
Minimum 1 year of Clinical Pharmacist experience
Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared before start

Orientation: Every 2 weeks
Housing application: Must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start
COVID & Flu exemptions may be accepted after submission of a declination form
