Position: Travel Registered Nurse – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Seward, AK | 99664 (Onsite)
Weekly Pay: $3276 (Based on 48 hours)
Shift: Variable Shift | 4x12 Hours Day : 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Or Night : 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Duration: 13 or 26- Week Travel Contract

Start Date: ASAP

KTI Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse– Long Term Care (LTC) for a travel assignment in Seward, AK. The RN will provide compassionate care to residents in a supportive LTC environment while managing patient needs, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining high standards of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Monitor patient conditions and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform nursing assessments
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care accurately using ECS charting system
• Support quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives
• Float within scope of practice based on facility needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Long Term Care experience required
• Ability to work variable shifts based on facility needs
• Must have strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Must be willing to work holidays as needed

Required Certifications & Licenses

• Active Alaska RN License Required
• BLS Certification Required
