- 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- 10 hr Day - SAT SUN MON TUES
- WI RN License, Valid Drivers License
- 18yrs and older, chronic disease management including CHF, COPD, Diabetes, Cancer, CVA, wound care, IV administrationOrientation will be during the day shift Hard worker, Time management, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
