Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Lead – Behavioral Health | Oshkosh, WILocation: Oshkosh, WIShift / Hours: Days (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | 3x12-Hour Shifts (36 hours/week)Assignment Duration: 16 Weeks Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients and supervise delegated nursing activities across the unit.</li><li>Provide clinical leadership to nursing staff by planning, directing, and coordinating patient care and daily unit operations.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care and learning plans.</li><li>Partner with the Unit Manager to ensure unit programs, facility policies, and department work rules are consistently followed.</li><li>Serve as a clinical resource and consultant for complex patient cases.</li><li>Assess learning needs for self, staff, and patients, and oversee the unit nursing staff competency evaluation process.</li></ul>
