What youāll see: Cardiac/tele patients, chest pain, NSTEMI/STEMI recovery, post-cath, pacemakers, and other acute-care cases.
Ratios: 1:5
EMR: EPIC
Float: Rare, to ICU overflow, Tele, Ortho/MedSurg
Call: None
Requirements:
- BLS + ACLS
- First-time travelers accepted
- Strong Tele/PCU experience preferred
- Telemetry rhythm interpretation required
Submission: 50+ mile radius, unexpired driverās license, background hits disclosed, and COVID vaccination/exemption approval required.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst Iāve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is okš„“ but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Donāt do it!
