30-bed inpatient rehab unit
Patient ratio: 7:1
Documentation: Meditech Expanse

Requirements:

BLS
Physical Therapy experience
SNF experience accepted
Inpatient rehab experience preferred
Light gray scrubs

Duties include patient evaluations, ADLs, transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and patient/family education.
