Pay Packages

Travel: Up to $3,144/week gross

• $15/hr taxable
• $644/week meals stipend
• $1,900/week housing stipend

Local: Up to $2,720/week gross

• $68/hr

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Charge Respiratory Therapist to lead night shift operations in a large teaching hospital setting. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating staff assignments
• Managing call-outs and securing coverage
• Supporting bedside RT staff
• Equipment setup and operational support
• Acting as the clinical resource for the department during overnight hours

Requirements

✅ Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
✅ Current Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License
✅ Minimum 5 years of RT experience
✅ Supervisor/Charge experience strongly preferred
✅ BLS by start date

Ideal Candidate
