Description
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Generally schedule agency for every other weekend and manager is willing to talk through any holiday requests.
- We have a shift supervisor, 1:5-6 ratio on nightshift, and patient care techs on the department for each shift.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Primarily surgical department with some medical overlap due to bed availability to meet our patient needs.
- Our floor consists of 35 private patient rooms with two nurses stations.
