Job Title:

• Medical Surgical 

Schedule: 

• Day Shift: 7:30am – 8pm
• Night Shift: 7:30pm – 8 am
• Minimum 36 hours weekly

Job Summary: 

We are looking for dedicated Med Surg RNs in Polacca, AZ with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Duties: 

• Perform nursing assessments
• Assess and monitor inpatient medical/surgical patients
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient care needs
• Coordinate care plans with providers and ancillary departments
• Collect specimens and perform nursing procedures
• Prepare patients for discharge or transfer
• Provide patient and family education
• Respond to emergencies and clinical deterioration
• Complete inpatient nursing documentation in the EHR

Job Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted RN License – Any state license accepted
• Minimum 2 years experience as RN, 2 years experience of MS experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• Ability to provide inpatient nursing care to adult and pediatric patients
