🏥 LTC Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Contract

📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Contract: 10 Weeks
🕐 Shift: Nights – 5:30 PM–6:00 AM
📆 Schedule: 12-hour shifts
💰 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

LTC RN position in a 20-bed Long-Term Care / 17-bed Rehab facility
1:17–20 RN-to-patient ratio
Recent LTC/Post-Acute experience required
Acute care experience may be accepted in lieu of LTC for experienced RNs
Local candidates accepted
Clinical interview required
Facility was recognized by U.S. News as a Best Nursing Home for 2025

✅ Requirements

2+ years of RN experience
Recent LTC/Post-Acute experience strongly preferred
WI RN License
BLS – AHA
Associate Degree or Certificate
Epic experience preferred
Pyxis experience highly preferred
Travel experience strongly preferred
