Home Health OT Opportunity – Dover, DE
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Dover, Delaware, providing coverage throughout Kent County.
This is a Monday–Friday position with no weekends and no on-call requirements. You'll provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes while independently managing your daily schedule and territory.

Qualifications Required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Delaware OT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
- Previous Home Health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong evaluation, documentation, and time-management skills
- Ability to independently manage a Home Health caseload and territory
What You'll Do
- Complete OT evaluations and reassessments in patients' homes
- Complete applicable OASIS documentation
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Address ADLs, functional mobility, strength, endurance, cognition, and safety
- Perform home-safety assessments
- Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary Home Health team
- Complete documentation using HCHB
- Maintain a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points/week
Coverage & Mileage
The position provides coverage throughout Kent County, Delaware. Mileage varies based on census and routing. Specific territory expectations and typical daily/weekly mileage can be discussed during the interview.
