Bill Rate: $65/hour
Home Health PTA Opportunity – Atlanta, GA
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week Home Health assignment in the Atlanta area.
This is a Monday–Friday, 8–5 position with no on-call, providing one-on-one physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
The office is located near the Cumberland/Sandy Springs area and Truist Park, putting you in a great part of metro Atlanta with plenty of nearby housing, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Qualifications Required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Georgia PTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
- Previous Home Health experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Comfortable independently managing a daily Home Health route
What You'll Do
- Provide treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Carry out established plans of care in patients' homes
- Provide gait, balance, strengthening, transfer, and mobility training
- Help patients improve safety and functional independence
- Reinforce home exercise programs
- Provide patient and caregiver education
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary Home Health team
- Complete timely clinical documentation
Territory & Mileage
The position covers the Atlanta area, with approximately 40–70 miles of travel per week.
Atlanta traffic can significantly impact drive times, particularly during morning and afternoon rush hour, so exact coverage territory, routing expectations, and typical daily drive times are good topics to discuss during the interview.
