Position Details

• Position: Registered Nurse – Outpatient Clinic
• Shift: Days – 10-hour shifts
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated nursing care to outpatients in a clinic setting.
• Follow established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines.
• Apply critical thinking and independent clinical judgment.
• Exercise professional and supervisory discretion.
• Maintain safe, efficient, and patient-focused care.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Previous outpatient/clinic nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary patient care
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts
