Position Details
- Position: Registered Nurse
- Shift: Nights – 12-hour shifts
- Hours: 36 hours/week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Job Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated nursing care to assigned patients.
- Follow established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking and independent clinical judgment.
- Exercise professional and supervisory discretion.
- Ensure safe and effective patient care.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Previous hospital/clinical nursing experience
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to supervise and coordinate nursing staff
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Best-Fit Candidate
An experienced RN who is comfortable working 12-hour nights, managing an assigned patient population, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and supervising nursing staff would be a good fit.
