Travel LTC LPN/LVN – Seward, AK

Location: Seward, AK

Start Date: September 1, 2026

Contract: 26 Weeks (13-week option may be available)

Shift: Days or Nights | 4x12s

Hours: Days 7:00 AM–7:30 PM | Nights 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

Patient Ratio: 1:20

Travel Experience: Required – No first-time travelers

Requirements

1+ year of LPN/LVN experience
LTC experience – Required
🚨 Active Alaska LPN/LVN License MUST be in hand
BLS – Required
Previous travel experience – Required
Skilled Nursing/Rehab experience
Medication administration experience
Must be comfortable floating within scope

Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks

Alaska Food Worker Certification completed during orientation (one-time $10 fee) -Alaska license must be ACTIVE and IN HAND – pending licenses are NOT accepted. -Previous travel and LTC experience are required. -Local candidates are not accepted; permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility. -For a 26-week contract, maximum 2 weeks RTO may be considered and must be submitted upfront. -Traveler must be willing to work at least 2 of 3 major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's).
