- Shift Details: Rotating 36s/48s (Night 3x12 hours: 18:00 – 06:30 or Night 4x12 hours: 18:00 – 06:30).

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience required. No first-timers accepted.
- License & Certifications: Active New Mexico or compact RN license in hand at submission. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required (copies needed for compliance).
- Radius & Local Rules: Candidates residing within 100 miles are considered local; locals are not accepted.
Clinical & Unit Overview
- Charting System: Cerner (switched in October 2022; specific experience required for all travelers).
- Floating Requirements: Travelers will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals in accordance with Joint Commission standards (mandatory floating for closed departments).
Submission & Compliance Notes
- RTO Policy: Required at time of submission (keep to a minimum; no calendar week off requests preferred). Must be approved and included in the confirmation document.
- References & Background: 2 references required at submission. Background hits are sent to the facility for approval.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
