L&D RN
- Shift: Nights, 3x12s (6:45 PM–7:15 AM)
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Start: 9/21/2026
- Experience: 2 years current L&D experience required
- Postpartum Experience: Required
- Travel Experience: Required
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRP
- NIHSS: Can obtain after acceptance
- License: TN or compact license required
- Patient Ratios:
- Labor: 1:1–2
- Postpartum/Couplets: 1:8
- Weekend: 3 weekends per contract for nights / every other weekend
- Call: 2 shifts per 6-week schedule
- Floating: Required
- Scheduling: No block scheduling
- Charting: Cerner preferred, not required
- Unit: Level I L&D; ~200–300 births/month
- Key Skills: High-risk antepartum, high-risk delivery, C-section circulation/recovery, IUPC, magnesium sulfate, insulin drips, triage
- Local Rule: No locals within 75 miles; local rate is $10 less
- RTO: Maximum 7 days; cannot be within 14 days of start
- Holiday: No major holiday/holiday-week RTO
- Interview: Auto-offer — candidate must be willing to accept without interview
