RN – Med-Surg | Murphysboro, IL
Location: Murphysboro, IL
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 7 PM – 7 AM, 12-Hour Night Shifts
Requirements:
Active Illinois RN License
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Med-Surg Adult experience required
BLS certification as applicable
Ability to care for Med-Surg, Swing Bed, and occasional PCU-level patients
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to Med-Surg patients
Care for Swing Bed and higher-acuity PCU-level patients as assigned
Perform assessments and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in acuity
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Promote safe, quality patient care and participate in unit initiatives
