Description

Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Schedule: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Unit: Main OR, 23 operating rooms

Patient ratio: 1:1

Call: Required; must be able to respond within 30 minutes. Some weekends may involve 2nd call, with possible 1st call for 1–2 shifts.

Required qualifications

At least 6 months of current acute-care hospital CST experience
NBSTA certification
DORA certification
BLS
Flexibility and strong patient-care/teamwork skills

Cases/procedures

The OR handles elective cases including:

Orthopedics
Spine
General surgery
Cardiovascular (CV)
Plastics
GYN
Robotics
Urology

Preferred experience: Ortho/Spine and CV.
