- 2+ years of Medical-Surgical (MS) experience required
- Travel experience required
- Updated resume documenting MS and travel experience

- Driver’s license with address matching demographics
- Current AHA BLS
- Nursys report verifying an active NY RN license and all active RN licenses
- RTO must be included at submission
- EMR: Epic
- Locals accepted — less than 75 miles, local rate applies
