Description

Occupational Therapist - Occupational Therapy

**Schedule**  
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

**Assignment Details**  
Contract Length: 26 weeks  
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

**Requirements**  
- Bachelor's Degree required  
- Occupational Therapy license (KSBHA OT) required  
- NBCOT certification (COTA/OTR) required  
- BLS certification (AHA) required within the first 90 days if not already held  
- No pending certifications or licenses allowed  
- No hits on license  

**Roles & Responsibilities**  
- Conduct patient evaluations and provide care in an acute care hospital setting.  
- Collaborate with physical therapy staff for patient care.  
- Manage patient schedule and perform chart reviews.  
- Engage in interdisciplinary huddles and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.  
- Address a variety of patient needs, including general medical, neuro, ortho, cardiac, respiratory, trauma, surgical, and joint replacement cases.
