Description
Position Overview
As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT), you'll provide advanced respiratory care and pulmonary support to neonatal patients in a Level II/III NICU and Special Care Nursery setting. You'll work closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to assess, treat, and manage newborns requiring respiratory support.

Requirements
✔ Massachusetts Respiratory Care License
✔ Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
✔ NRP Certification (Required)
✔ BLS/CPR Certification
✔ Minimum 2 Years of Experience
✔ NICU Experience Required
⭐ Delivery Room Experience Preferred
⭐ Some Pediatric Experience Considered
Compensation
💰 Up to $2,834/Week
🏠 Housing Stipend: $1,650/week
🍽 Meals & Incidentals: $644/week
⏱ Overtime: 1.5x Rate
