Description
Title: RN – ED
Location: Denver, CO 80218
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Evng 3×12s | 36 hrs/week
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
- ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required
- Active Colorado Single-State or Compact RN License
- BLS (AHA) required
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC listed as certifications
- Strong emergency nursing and patient assessment skills
Description:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Monitor patient health status and treatment plans
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Administer treatments and perform delegated medical functions
- Refer patients for additional evaluation or treatment when needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and utilize resources effectively
- May float to other departments within scope of competency
- May be required to take call during a regularly scheduled shift
