Description

Title: RN – ED
Location: Denver, CO 80218
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Evng 3×12s | 36 hrs/week

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required
Active Colorado Single-State or Compact RN License
BLS (AHA) required
ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC listed as certifications
Strong emergency nursing and patient assessment skills

Description:

Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Monitor patient health status and treatment plans
Provide patient education and counseling
Administer treatments and perform delegated medical functions
Refer patients for additional evaluation or treatment when needed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with the healthcare team and utilize resources effectively
May float to other departments within scope of competency
May be required to take call during a regularly scheduled shift
